FS#1616 - Edit > Convert Drawing Unit: leader arrow switched off

Case:
Existing Leader with Arrow status “yes” in drawing,
launch “Convert Drawing Unit”,
convert drawing unit,
Leader status for Arrow “yes” is now changed to “no”,
