FS#447 - Issue opening/saving files

I’m not able to open or save a file using the open/save file dialog.
When I change the Look in: directory nothing happens.
Even when I click on My Computer or Chris.

The same applies to saving files.

Not reproducible with QCAD 3 RC3 on Windows 7.
