FS#796 - Pasting to current layer results in empty layers being created
Initial situation:
A drawing with two visible layers: One for the outline and one for hidden lines.
A second empty drawing with the standard 0 layer.
The bug:
When copying the objects from the first drawing and pasting them to the current layer of the second drawing, both layers present in the first drawing are created and are empty. I suppose that’s not the way it was intended. I expected the selected objects being pasted to the current layer and NO extra layers being created.

As a side note: the objects keep their original color even though they are insert in the (typically black) "0" layer.
So if you delete the empty layer(s) and there is only the "0" layer, the objects will have different colors even though they are in the same layer and should all have the same color.
