Request - for Construction line tool

Please may I request to the QCAD community a script Add-On for a new tool 
My request is for a Construction line tool (infinite lines).
I constantly use temporary construction/reference lines when drawing in QCAD. Usually I set up a dedicated layer for this whereby I will choose a specific layer colour (usually Cyan) and on this layer I will draw all of my 'working' construction lines using the line tools, this means that I have to continually pick and choose the line tool I need and place/set the lengths I need all the time!
I would like to see a specific dedicated tool in QCAD for doing this instead.
I would imagine the 'Construction' line tool to have Infinite lines and fields for typing in the angle required.
