QCad 2.1.3.2 released

QCad 2.1.3.2 has been released today.
This is mainly a bug fix release that fixes a bug with attributes of polylines and a serious bug under OS X that terminates QCad after using the snap to coordinate feature.
Further, the property editor was extended to include the layer attribute. This makes it possible to query the layer of an entity and to efficiently move the current selection to another layer.
