Thanks :D
Another great feature added to the Polyline tool set is polyline > Simplify.
This feature can dramatically reduce the number of points in a polyline while keeping its 'basic' shape - very useful indeed when you need to laser cut lots of
road/contours out
and I would also imagine it would be useful for rendering large line/map files using SVG in a browser (I `m no expert with roads or map contour drawings - someone will need to test this, hint, hint  ).
I can think of endless possibilities for using this tool in complicated technical drawings in all fields!
Here is my example test:

I draw a road with a polyline which has 663 points.

I select my polyline and use Polyline > Simplify tool and change my Angle tolerance to 100 (just to show the difference here).
Tick the Green tick button and...

This is my Polyline after simplification - now with only 200 points and ' more or less' keeping it`s basic shape.
