Add a keybind for repeating last command

I think this is a very simple feature. Sometimes I end all my current actions (the action stack) to find that I needed to repeat it one more time.

Instead of clicking 2-3-4 icons again, a quick keystroke would send me to my last action directly or just redo my action stack.

An optional keybind for this action would be "Shift + Space".

You can press Enter in the command line to repeat the last used tool. To reach the command line, you can press Space, so: Space then Enter.
