Not saving drawings
I have just uploaded the new version (3.7.5) it would not let me save my drawings. It says entity NOT saved: 6c4.

This looks fine here. What operating system are you on?
Re: Not saving drawings
Windows 7. Does Qcad not save Hatches?

Re: Not saving drawings
Yes, it does. There might be rare occasions on which the underlying library rejects a hatch. That would likely be because a path is not properly closed.scot6puk wrote:Does Qcad not save Hatches?
I tried to open and save your file without problems. Are you hatching any particular area which does not get saved? Can you indicate which or include a screenshot? Thanks.
Re: Not saving drawings
Try this.
Re: Not saving drawings
OK, thanks.
Try:
Modify > Detect Zero Entities
This will detect one zero length entity in your outer contour, at the bottom of the arc which is part of the bottom edge of the shape.
Delete that entity, then try to hatch again.
Apparently, QCAD is not bothered by that entity but the DXF format doesn't tolerate it. I will look into ways of improving that.

Re: Not saving drawings
I tried that and it hasn't got a zero length entity in your outer contour, now I get Entity NOT saved: 8a0.

Re: Not saving drawings
There's definitely a zero length line. Try rectangular selection:
