Moving the print preview page image

I am using QCad 3.6.4 on a mac with OS X 10.9. There used to be a "hand" cursor that allowed you to drag the page image around in print preview. How do you reposition the page image in relation to the drawing now?

Nothing has changed in that respect since QCAD 3.0 till the latest version.

Your print preview tool bar should look like this:

If that's not the case, you might want to include a screenshot to help explain what's going on.

For some reason the print preview command wasn't expanding the toolbar. I resized several of the tool bars and it is working now. Thanks
