I noticed when changing some text using true type fonts (through the text editor) that the program takes a while to make the changes on the screen. I did find that it may be grid related because when I toggle the grid on or off the changes take place much faster, almost instantly. Also the changes are much faster when using the property editor.

Thanks for the quick reply. Attached is a file and in the file is a block reference named "ANSI-D-TB", I double click on the block to edit it, then I double click on some text "CONSTRUCTION DETAILS" in this cast to enter the text editor. I changed the size of the text and click ok. The changes take a while to take affect, however when I click the grid button after clicking ok the change happens instantly.
