Save Application Prefs to share with others?

Did a quick look for a configuration file of some sort but didn't find anything. Is their a way to save the Application Preferences so I can share with other users?

Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\QCAD\QCAD.ini

Windows Vista, Windows 7:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\QCAD\QCAD3.ini

Unix / Linux / Mac OS X:
~/.config/QCAD/QCAD3.ini (or .conf)
