Hi alstan - welcome to the forum,

Select the Lines A, B + B, C + C, A (=circumference for the hatch),
then launch the Hatch tool and chose what you need for the hatch, click OK - done.

Question: Why are so many (7!) overlapping elements in your drawing?

@Andrew: Could you please move this to the "How do I" forum. Thanks!

Edit: post moved,Clive
Work smart, not hard: QCad Pro
Win10/64, QcadPro, QcadCam version: Current.

alstan, 'closed' boundaries are needed to use the hatch tool successfully. When you get a message stating 'loop not closed' it means that you have a gap somewhere on your selected shape (boundary). You will have noticed a small blue/purple coloured circle highlighting the coordinate position of the gap.

Simply select - hold and drag the Blue coloured anchor point at the end of the entity to snap to the end of the other entity to close and create the boundary region needed!

Changing your snap options at this stage to snap only to end points (End, SE) will help you snap precisely.

You will most likely need to zoom into your drawing to identify and close any gaps like this.
For the best support please state your operating system, QCAD version and add any supporting DXF/DWG files, screenshots etc...
