(solved) Pan mouse cursor when using trackpad

(solved) Pan mouse cursor when using trackpad

From a QCAD user:
When using a drawing tool (for example line with two points), instead of the crosshairs cursor, a little hand (panning) appears.

You have likely enabled the pan gesture. You can disable it under Edit > Application Preferences > Graphics View > Navigation:
