Hi, also I have problems with the pdf: even if "Click the button to center the drawing on paper" the drawing is printed centered up and down, but it is moved to the left.
Qcad version : 3.9.7
O.S. Ubuntu LTS 14.04.2

Looks fine here. Can you check your printer margins:
Edit > Drawing Preferences > Printing > Multi Pages
Edit > Drawing Preferences > Printing > Multi Pages

Sorry the problem persist:
look at the attachment settings for pages .
I drew a frame A4 and it is printed shifted to the left
