Hello,
I am using QCad 3.10.0.0 (3.10.0) on a Linux 64bit machine (Ubuntu Mate 15.04). It runs well but the colour of the info-text (In the German Handbook it called "Tooltipps") are not visible. Its white on a yellow.
It is possible to change the colour?

You could try switching to another theme or perhaps use qtconfig to configure colors for Qt applications:
