reference manual

I have downloaded version 3.14.1 but the reference manual is not accesable. Qt5webkitwitgets.dll is missing.

Thanks. I can confirm that this DLL was missing in the package for Windows 64bit but is required for running the help viewer (assistant). I've updated the packages accordingly. Please download and install the updated package.
