Importing Fonts in OSX Version of QCad Pro 2.2.2.0

Post by bashibazouk » Mon Aug 16, 2010 4:10 pm

This is as much a question about where QCad lives in OSX as anything else I suppose. I'm trying to import fonts into QCad Pro for a metal stamp project, but I can't figure out how to designate the correct path to fonts to be used.

Any help out there?

Under OS X, the QCAD fonts are inside the application bundle. In other words: inside the directory "QCAD.app". To show the contents of this special directory, right-click on it in Finder and choose "Show Package Contents".

Navigate to Contents/Resources/fonts. Note that QCAD only supports CAD fonts in cxf format at this point.
