Can't find Greek "Delta" letter

Post by Gooserider » Fri Jul 31, 2009 6:09 am

I am drawing a library block that needs for me to use a greek "Delta" character (the triangle) for labelling in the drawing - When I go to the Insert Text tool, using the default font, the "Insert Symbol" button doesn't give me that character as an option.

If I go to some of the extra Unicode character sets, I have found a couple of different places where they have "Delta" listed - IIRC one of the math symbol sets, and the "greek and coptic" set, char 0394, and it shows up in the text editing window, but when I put it in the drawing I get a question mark where the character should be.

What do I need to do in order to get a "delta" that shows in my drawing?
(I've currently worked around it by drawing a triangle, but I'd really rather do it right...)
