I recently installed the demo pro version of QCAD (Version 22.214.171.124) for evaluation purposes, but later found that the community version was available for install on my Ubuntu 10.10 system. That community version (Version 126.96.36.199-Free-1) is now installed. Although it is less functional than the demo version, it is not limited to 10 minutes contiguous use. Therefore I wish to delete the demo version.
However, although I can invoke it, the demo version is not shown as being installed in Ubuntu Software Centre, nor is it listed in the Synaptic Package manager. Both those facilities show the community version only.
How do I uninstall the demo version, while retaining the community version?
