QCAD 3 crashes on opening DXF

Hello,

I am using Windows 7 and QCAD 3.15.4 Community Edition with the DXF plugin. I am attempting to open a text only annotation DXF I generated in ArcGIS and QCAD crashes to desktop every time. I have a feeling the file is too large? I must note that I have no CAD experience, I am a GIS technician and I just want to make sure that my exports are functional before release. Any tips would be appreciated.

2016labels1 is the DXF that crashes QCAD.

Your system might be running out of memory while loading / displaying the file. It seems to load just fine here.

That makes a ton of sense. I'll have to beg for a better machine
