Isometric bitmap

Post by caigner » Tue Jun 17, 2014 3:37 pm

Hi!

I just created a little box in isometric projection and tried to cover its sides with an image of wood, but I couldn't make it happen.

Is it possible to use the isometric tool with images?

Regards,
Christian

No, that's not possible at this point. The DXF/DWG file format looks like it might support this (sheared images), but I'd have to look into this first to be sure.

Filling an area with a bitmap would also be nice. :-)

Nice ideas, don't forget to add these to the bugtracker (used also for feature requests) so they don't get forgotten about  .

For the best support please state your operating system, QCAD version and add any supporting DXF/DWG files, screenshots etc...
