qcad3 rc2 linux fails to find shared library

Post by tonyv » Mon Jan 02, 2012 5:01 pm

On a fresh installation of Debian squeeze:

tony@tony-lx:~$ /usr/local/qcad
/usr/local/qcad: error while loading shared libraries: libgthread-2.0.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

tony@tony-lx:~$ locate libgthread-2.0.so.0
/opt/ltsp/i386/usr/lib/libgthread-2.0.so.0
/opt/ltsp/i386/usr/lib/libgthread-2.0.so.0.2400.2
/usr/lib/libgthread-2.0.so.0
/usr/lib/libgthread-2.0.so.0.2400.2

Any suggestions, please?

Bah, found it:

This is a 64-bit system; I knew about installing ia32-libs, but it also needs ia32-libs-gtk to be installed.

Will there ever be a native 64-bit version of qcad 3?
