Add a Font to Drop Down List?

Post by carlhelquist » Mon Jul 15, 2013 11:25 pm

I have a .cxf font that I have used in the past with qcad 2.2.2.0 . I copied the .cxf file to the qcad fonts directory. When I open files that have text using the custom font, the characters show up as I expect them to. However, when I try to write new text, my custom font isn't available on the drop down list. Is there a way I can add my custom font to the drop down list?

Copying the file into 'fonts' should be enough indeed.

Please note that all CAD fonts (.cxf) are listed at the top, before all other fonts in the font drop-down list, so the list is not strictly alphabetically ordered.

Found the font in the list, right at the end of the CAD fonts. Not sure how I missed it, thanks for setting me straight.
