Steps to reproduce:
- Select an entity
- Activate the move/rotate tool (MR)
- Enter some angle into the dialog box
- Hit OK
- Repeat steps 1-2
- Notice that the angle that was entered in step 3 is not remembered, but that the dialog box always contains the same default angle.
Expected results:
The angle entered in step 3 should be remembered between invocations of the tool, just as it is for the plain rotate tool.

I forgot to mention, this has been broken since at least 3.1.2, and maybe earlier - well over a year now.

it works just fine for me. No default angle and the given angle is remembered correctly ...
Ah, I see what the difference is. The version set in the toolbar is remembered, but the version set in the dialog box is not.
I assume this can be closed now.
