Windows 7 Professional 64bit SP1
File > Open shows empty dialog for 1 minute, then shows dialog contents.
Closure comment
Possibly fixed with new binaries for Windows 64bit using Qt 5.

Does it have anything related to network folders?
I have a similar "bug" in Windows XP : I have a network folder shortcut on the left panel of Open/Save dialogs. Sometimes, it shows nothing for a few seconds, then all appears, but my network folder shortcut is greyed out. Clicking Cancel and reopening said dialog solves the problem, however.
