When building on windows with cmake the following problems exist:
1. CMakeLists.txt in opennurbs/opennurbs is building SHARED and needs to be STATIC
2. CMakeLists.txt in opennurbs/zlib is building SHARED and needs to be STATIC
3. There is a conflict between a change to CMakeInclude.txt where _debug was removed from the CMAKE_DEBUG_POSTFIX but RPluginLoader::getPluginFiles checkes for _debug when loading plugins if it is built with debug - resulting in qcad quitting.

opennurbs/zlib are linked dynamically when using cmake/Qt6
debug builds on Windows are currently not supported
