Not critical, in normal GUI mode nothing happens, the tool remains in click mode 'pickEntity'. An exception is thrown when in debugger mode.
Reason:
PolylineInsertNode.js allows for Polyline and Leader entities in .pickEntity while in 'ChoosingSegment' state and stores the entity in this.polylineEntity.
Polyline.prototype.getClosestSegment(pos) then fails when picking a segment with: this.polylineEntity.getClosestSegment(pos); for an RLeaderEntity.
The RPolylineEntity Class has a method .getClosestSegment(pos) what does not exists in the RLeaderEntity or RLeaderData Class.
Reproducable in QCAD 3.27.6.0
Implementation would allow adding vertices.
