It would be good to have additional ellipse tools that could produce an ellipse:
Tangential to four given sides (closed like a Quadrilateral) or sperate sides and to 4 given coordinate points.

A tool for drawing the ellipse inscribed in a quadrilateral has been added for the next release.
Four coordinates are not sufficient to completely define an ellipse (one would have to restrict the angle which might yield a result for some cases).
I'd estimate this to be a very complex problem with relatively few applications. If this is useful for someone, please open a new feature request.
