FS#2626 - Rulers - Font scaling mis-behaving

Selected font size not reported correctly on rulers (too big).
Issued started to show after updating to version 3.31.2 running on a Windows 11 machine.

Hi,
Latest 3.31.2 or a more recent snapshot 3.31.2.N with N>0?
Qt 5 or higher for a snapshot?

It is not reproducible on Win7 with 3.31.2.0 Qt5
