FS#2020 - Edit > Paste: Wrong position for block references with different drawing units

Open the example drawing,
selected all,
copy to clipboard,
open new drawing,
paste clipboard content with a scale of 1:1, check preview = everything ok,
change scale to 1/10 etc., check preview = block references way of.

QCAD Pro Version 3.24.0.1
