FS#881 - Line orthogonal to line and tangential to arc, circle or ellipse
It would be useful to have an additional line tool that could be drawn tangent to an existing circle and perpendicular to a line.

Fantastic, thanks Andrew.
Great new tool, very useful.
In testing I noticed that if I select the wrong entity - say a circle, arc etc. the feedback in the error message is wrong, to my thinking it should read 'Entity is not a Line'!
