Also, my only connection is via a phone, so I try to avoid big downloads.
I don't know where you life (and I don't need to know that!) but maybe it makes sense to use a public wifi hotspot at a coffee shop, restaurant, or public library. It's free and faster than a phone hotspot ...

Re: Included circle inside triangle

I tried using the circle three tangents tool, but I end up with two large circles outside the pitch line, or it failing to solve. Surely there is a method to create the included circle inside a triangle? Am I not using the correct tool? If the tool was this one ... https://qcad.org/doc/qcad/latest/...

Anyways, I just wanted to know if that is possible
With the Tool Matrix? Not to my knowledge.
Question: If it is so important to you to keep the mouse pointer position as is - why not just navigate the Qcad standard menu with the keyboard?

Re: How to navigate the Tool Matrix with the keyboard?

Hi,
The purpose of the toolmatrix is to launch with the mouse pointer tools immididly - not to help you remembering and then using shortcuts.

I assume a shortcut list like this pdf will help more ...

Hi, you can change the layer attribute white to black or vice versa for all layer below Menu/Misc/Layer Note: There is only one Layer "0". Change that layer from white to black. Or without changing the color set below Application Preferences / Graphics View / Apearance "Prevent black on black or whi...

Re: Arc 16" wide and 9" high

Hi, I'm trying to draw an arc 16" wide and 9" high. It's the opening to a brick oven where the height is 1" taller than the radius of the width. It is easier to build a brick oven opening with a radius instead of an ellipse. If you want an arc with this measurments then you have to extend tangential...

Re: Der Block _DatumFiiied

Re: Printing Orientation Issue

Meaning "No preview available" (below (2)? You are already in Qcad Preview! Is that a printer driver preview? I assume the printer Preferences of your Laserjet are set to Portrait. That would overide the Qcad settings. What is about the Qcad Preview? Drawing properly placed on the page in Landscape?...

Re: Liste entité et longueur

@gortex3D I believe that the path to the Qcad command line tools are not set in Windows variables what means the command line tools will only be executed in the home folder. That means that they are only executable if you had navigate in cmd shell (Command shell! - not PowerShell) to the Qcad folder...

Re: Feature Request: Plain Text Paste (CTRL-SHIFT-V)

This issue exist since decades - not only with Qcad. That is the reason why a ton of offline Clipboard Manager have the option to copy/paste plain text or formatted text. They are literally built for that task! Many of then switch from plain to rich text just with a shift key combination. Many are a...
