Beginning Scripting [Solved]
I really feel a noob asking this, but: Looking at some of the example scripts, they usually begin with the line: include("scripts/EAction.js") If I type this into the Script Shell and press <enter>, the shell replies with: [color=#0000FF]ecma>[/color] include("scripts/EAction.js") undefined If it wo...

[SOLVED] Text with Clip to Rectangle
Linux Mint 19.2 Cinnamon, QCAD Pro 3.24.2.0
'Clip to Rectangle' decomposes the letters of text into their constituent segments.
To reproduce: enter text (I used Deja Vu Sans). Modify > Clip to Rectangle. Draw a box around the text. Letters are decomposed and can no longer be edited as text.

Re: Adjusting Background Images
@Husky: Thank you so much. I love QCAD - much easier than AutoCAD or the Draftsight clone.
@Matfie: This is what I did initially and it works but is a bit slower.
Thank you both.

Re: printing points
OS: Linux Mint 19.3 QCAD Professional 3.24.2.0 I too would like to see this resolved. Comparing the picture on my screen with a printed drawing, would it not be possible to use proportional units on the paper? On my 22" monitor, 1920 pixels occupies 476mm or 4.03 pixels per mm. "10 pixel" point cros...

Adjusting Background Images [Solved]
OS: Linux Mint 19.3, QCAD Professional : 3.24.0.0 I use QCAD to plot survey results. I can then insert a background image, e.g. from Google Maps, and I can set the Draw Order to 'Send to back' so that it appears under my drawing. But I cannot easily align (move/rotate/resize) the image with the draw...

Construction Lines (a wish)
I'd love to see the 'infinite line' feature, called Construction Lines in AutoCAD, or Geometry in AllyCAD.
