I reinstalled and everything is good again. Before reinstalling, the last item in my view menu was qcad library browser. Toolbars was not an option. Thanks for the reply.

Lost my layer window
Lost my layer window and can't seem to get it back. 3.0 rc4 on windows 7. Help Please?
