Re: What is the purpose(s) of the grid function.

Thanks for the explanation Clive.
However, when I turn it off, the cursor still jumps in small steps in a grid pattern, as if the grid function is operational behind the selection.
I have found this happens in other programs too, like LibreCad.

Re: What is the purpose(s) of the grid function.

Thanks for the explanation Fred. I will no doubt find a use for it, like you describe.
I find that it gets in the way sometimes though!

What happens after 1 year expiry of licenses.

I notice that the professional version license is good for one year. What is the renewal costs, (if any) to renew the license then?
Are updates also an additional cost?
If so, what are these costs.
If the above is free, what happens at the 1 year anniversary?

Re: Expiration date passed...

What exactly happens after the 1 year expiry date for the professional version?
Do users then pay for updates? If so, where is this cost listed please and how much is it?

Re: Right mouse button click functions.

Thanks for the additional information Husky. I was beginning to think this was on it's way to becoming yet another "stalled thread" due to me not knowing what you clearly do! (I have one or two of them outstanding on the Mint forums). I am sensitive about asking for what clearly is, at times, too mu...

Re: Right mouse button click functions.

Ok, got that thanks Husky. I will give it a try.

edit:
I did try it according to your instructions, but could not get it to work.
I suspect it because I don't know how to do the first step.

How do I achieve the first step?

Re: Right mouse button click functions.

I have just opened a new file and drawing to test this. I still cannot find the right click options you show above Husky. I did have it once before, but cannot get it to activate with a right click on the drawing.

Re: Right mouse button click functions.

Hi Jim.Thompson, It was either the standard arrow or alternatively, a magnifying symbol. Can someone tell me where to find this again please? Was the pointer like this one?.... Yes, Husky, it was that one. Thanks. ........................................................................................
