[solved] Save custom linetypes to the drawing
Hi,
is it possible to save a custom line type to a drawing so that when the drawing is opened by another CAD software, the lines are loaded as they appear in QCAD and not just lines with a link to QCAD files
(for export needs)? Thanks, Tomek.

[solved] fill in line symbols
Hi, following a post from Konfi, I have a question about whether the area of the inserted symbol can be filled. For example, so that the arc from the screenshot is not just an outline. Thanks.

[solved] Import Points with Labels - add properties to the point
Hi, would it be possible to extend the tool for importing points with a label so that when importing points into the drawing (as it is now), the attributes of the point are taken from the csv file and written to the point's own properties? See attachment. This would extend the functionality of the t...

Import Points with Labels
Hello, thank you for implementing the function for transferring points from a csv file to a drawing, including descriptions. This is absolutely great news. Please consider whether it would be possible to extend the function so that it is possible to insert positive coordinates, while the extension f...

Re: QCAD on Pinebook Pro (aarch64)
Thank you for answer.
So I understand that there is no official support for ARM and that community editions in Linux distributions for ARM processors are unofficial work, and therefore only these versions can be used.

QCAD on Pinebook Pro (aarch64)
Hello, I refer to the forum asking how to install qcad pro on pinebook pro (aarch64). There are only community editions in the distribution (tested on Manjaro and Fedora), but as a subscriber I would like the full version. In the subscriber directory, I tried to install * for Linux 64 (installer), w...

Re: import coordinates including point number, height and code
I was busy for a long time. However, below is the code for the required function (for other surveyors). GUI and other options (quadrant selection, attributes, coordinate order) would be desirable, but the basic functionality is solved. Thanks for the help. include("scripts/EAction.js"); include("scr...

Re: import coordinates including point number, height and code
OK, scripting is the way. I managed to solve my problem for one point. It's a good start, now the hard part - how to do it from input file. The following set of commands creates layers, creates a point, and the desired text descriptions. Tomek. addLayer("point", "white", "CONTINUOUS", RLineweight.We...

Re: import coordinates including point number, height and code
Hello, thank you for answer. There is no standard for displaying points. The habits of surveyors will be determined by their practice and software. Blocks will be preferred by AutoCAD users, layers by Bentley product users. In principle, it is generally a possibility to import, together with the poi...

import coordinates including point number, height and code
Hello. This topic appears more often here (topic for land surveyors), but I did not find a solution. I'm trying use QCAD instead of Bentley products. I need import a list of measured points (txt file) in the format "point number", "Y", "X", "H" and "code". QCAD is 2D sw, so number, height and code c...
