Re: What is the difference between free QCAD and Pro QCAD?

Re: Dashed Linetype To Multiple Line Segments?

Hello Paul, Yes there is a way to achieve this, quite simply draw out your first line to the length you need, say 2mm, then use the move/copy tool to copy the line with the number of copies you need. Re: Problems laser cutting arcs anc circles.

Garry,

Are you able to use Trolltec's software (JC) direct with QCAD, or are you restricted with using CorelDraw as the doorway?

Thanks and 'Morphing' question

Hi Andrew,

Firstly a big thank you for the extra new options for the dimension tools, really very useful.

Please could you explain and clarify what the morphing tool is actually for, it looks very creative I must say.

Many thanks

Re: Modify simple polyline rectangles

Hi Andreas,

I'm pleased you've got the QCAD book it is a great way to learn about 2D cad drafting and as you say there is often more than one way to draw something up. Thank you so much for sharing what you are using QCAD for, very interesting.

Many thanks

Re: Modify simple polyline rectangles

Hi Andreas,

I would definitely suggest the QCAD book, it will instill the underlying principles for 2D cad drafting and the correct methods for most likely all of your drafting needs for many years to come.

What are you using QCAD for?

Many thanks

Clive
