Problem printing A3 size

Post by felvic » Sat Nov 05, 2011 9:30 am

Hello folks,

I use the 2,0,5,0 community on Ubuntu Karmic version.

I've never had problem to print an A4.

I wanted to print on an A3 and the drawing prints upper-left in an A4 format on the sheet.

If I print a .ps file and I transform into a pdf, the result is the same.

Is-it a bug or a restriction on the free version?

Hi felvic

I`m not sure about the Community Edition, I use Pro. But try this:

1.To print the "current" drawing on an A3 size go to Edit>drawing preferences>page and change the page print set up from there, click OK to apply to the current drawing only (this should save these settings for this drawing only!

2.To change the "Application" print page set-up to apply to all NEW drawings go to Edit>page settings and set your DEFAULT page set-up from here. This will apply to all new drawings.

You should be able to move the paper position if needed by clicking on the "little" hand-on-paper icon!

Hope this makes sense :)
