Propuesta para modificar QCAD

Hola,

"Hi,

I´m an advance architecture student, and I been using CAD and BIM systems for my studies, and I want to propouse some modifications for QCAD, to turn it to a best competition for Autocad.

The most important utility that Qcad lacks is the capacity to create many blueprints of an only one model. When an architec (or an obrject designer) requires to build the objet that he need to design, he requires many blue prints. normally, this kind of information is generated by the CAD.

To administrate this information the software need to provide a space to represent and design the object, and a space to create the blueprints. This in Autocad was named "Model Space" (to create the object), and "Paper Space" (to create the blueprints).

Cad Software need to administrate this information in strategies like:
-Groups of
-Groups of layers
-Scales in Model Space
-Scales in Paper Spcace
-Memory views of part of the objects with independent scales(Viewports)

I Made a presentation brouchure of what I think a competitive Cad need to have to be a real alternative of AutoCad for someone how want to build It from scratch, but I think is beter to improve the existing CAD for linux.

The link of the wiki and pdf brouchure of my ideas are http://cad-libre.wikispaces.com/ There is a lot of information to improve your CAD."

Bets regards
