QCAD 3.11.0

QCAD 3.11.0 has been released with many new tools, features, improvements, added user preferences and a new command line tool:
- Draw > Arc with Height
- Draw > Ring
- Define polyline widths per segment (View > Property Editor)
- dwg2maptiles: batch convert drawings to bitmap tiles for use with online maps, for example leaflet.js
