QCAD and the native gnome filemanager nautilus
Can I use nautilus or nemo as a filemanager within QCAD? I am using the Linux distro Ubuntu 20.04.
Re: QCAD and the native gnome filemanager nautilus
You can drag and drop DXF/DWG files into QCAD from any file manager that supports drag and drop. If you drag a file into the QCAD drawing area, the file is inserted as block into the drawing, if you drag a file into the QCAD window (not in the drawing area) the file is opened.
If that was not your question, please elaborate.

Re: QCAD and the native gnome filemanager nautilus
thx andrew for your answer. I am asking for a native integration of the native filemanager in QCAD. Is it possible to start QCAD with a parameter like -gui:gnome?
I prefer to see the native filemanager when I open a dxf-file in QCAD.

No, I don't think that's possible. QCAD uses Qt - perhaps that's a starting point to find out more.
