Bug when saving .svg

I just discovered this "bug" when saving to .svg using the quicksave button...
If an object is selected, it won't necessarily save in the .svg as the colour that it is meant to be.
Example:
Circle selected in a layer which is all red objects.
In the .svg it saves as grey
If unselected it saves as red.
Yes I realise it's easy to not have anything selected when you save as .svg, but this caught me by surprise when one of my objects didn't laser cut. So I looked at the .svg and found it was the wrong colour. The "issue" is completely reproducible. I just thought that if it wasn't a known issue, that I'd bring it to the attention of those who would like to know.
Cheers. I'm loving QCAD. It's great.
