Feature request: extending dimension line beyond extension line when using tick marks

QCAD Pro 3.26

Hi,

I would like the ability to extend dimension lines beyond the extension line when using tick marks, so that the dimension looks like this

instead of this

Duplicate from:

sancyk,
This forum is more a place to debate about such things.
Suggestions may or may not be picked up by the developer, see it as a forest with many trees in it.

A more appropriate place to request for a feature is still QCAD Bugtracker:
https://www.ribbonsoft.com/bugtracker/

You need to have or create a separate account there.
Add a new task and select Feature Request as Task Type.
You could include a link to the QCAD 'How Do I' Questions topic.
And you could re-link the bugtracker entry over here.

Regards,
CVH

Got it! I had tried in the bugtracker as you had suggested but could not find how to post a new feature request.
