[solved] How to restrict length of lines when drawing one

Post by atossa » Tue Jun 08, 2021 12:29 pm

Hello,
If I click on https://qcad.org/doc/qcad/latest/refere ... ngleLength , I can restrict angle, it works well but whatever I enter in the length box doesn't seem to affect the line I'm drawing. I can still draw line with any length....

PoP OS 20.10, Qcad 3.26.2

As you can see in the screenshot. I try to draw a line of 0.3 length but I can get a 97.2 length line... It doesn't limit it to 0.3 as expected.

It limits to multiples of 0.3. In your screenshot that step is so small that you won't be able to see it. If you zoom in you will.
