FabLab couldn't read the file with cambam-fonts, but saw a skewed image.
Unfortunately, I've not got a reply from FabLab to my question what cad-sw other makers use for more complex shapes than what you would draw in CorelDraw.
So the fablab-route is a dead end as far as i'm concerned.
The good news is that a new club member has a Lightburn driven lasercutter, that reads the dxf with the cambam fonts without a hitch. So thats the route I'll be pursuing. Next test is the same file but with qcad-native single line fonts, to find out if Lightburn sees those as well.
I'll keep you posted. Or should that go into a new thread?
One dxf, two cads see different things -hiw to resolve?
