[solved] Templates and scales
Can someone help me to understand how to use the templates. the instruction manual goes on at length about how the world of cad has no scale, however the templates provided are all 1:1 scale. I'm having trouble putting an 8m long beam on a 1:1 A3 page! surely there is some simple logical way to set the scale of the template during setup?

Please refer to the printing tutorial (specifically the section "Drawing Borders, Text Labels, Dimensions"):

In short: the border and all other objects that are not part of the geometry are scaled up to fit the scale of your drawing.
