QCAD manual

Post by john.shipton » Fri Jan 06, 2017 3:00 am

QCAD manual part 3 instruction 4. "Adjust the scale of the drawing area so that you can see a space of about 100 units horizontally. To do this keep an eye on the rulers that QCAD displays etc." How does one adjust the drawing scale to comply with the quoted instruction?

Zoom your drawing in or out and keep an eye on the rulers. You can use the scroll wheel on your mouse or the +/- keys on your keyboard. It should look like this screenshot:

The term "Unit" is used because nobody can know what your unit is: mm?, inch?, meter?, yard?, Microinch? etc etc ....
Work smart, not hard: QCad Pro
Win10/64, QcadPro, QcadCam version: Current.
If a thread is considered as "solved" please change the title of the first post to "[solved] Title..."
