QCAD comes with some example drawing borders / headers which you can use as a starting point to create your own, specific drawing border / header.
If you start a new drawing, you can use File > New from Template to create a new drawing and automatically insert a border / header.
For existing drawings, you can use the library browser to insert a drawing border / header:
- View > Library Browser > templates > metric
