I was looking for some wood screw drawings for a project I'm working on and came across something called a dynamic block. It had everything I needed, but I have no idea how to use a "Dynamic Block" Does Qcad Professional support this feature, if so how does one use it?

No, QCAD doesn't support Dynamic Blocks in the current Version.
