I have downloaded the architecture add-on into QDAD PRO V3 and I am trying to stretch the window. I have followed the instructions in the manual and it just wont stretch. There is no error message on the command line.
Can any one help?
kind regards

Re: Stretch button
Hello Flynny,
The stretch command will work with contours.
You will need to make the elements which make up the window rectangle a continuous polyline first.
1.Use the divide tool to define the two short ends first:
2.Now select all four sides of the rectangle which make up the window symbol and use the create a polyline from segments tool:
Now run the stretch tool again.

For the best support please state your operating system, QCAD version and add any supporting DXF/DWG files, screenshots etc...
Re: Stretch button
Hello Tony - welcome to the forum.
The Stretch tool doesn't works on inserted Blocks. You need to explode the Block in your drawing. If all windows have the same size then maybe it makes more sense to change the Block itself (Block List / Edit contents of selected Block).Flynny wrote:I have followed the instructions in the manual and it just wont stretch.
Work smart, not hard: QCad Pro
Win10/64, QcadPro, QcadCam version: Current.
If a thread is considered as "solved" please change the title of the first post to "[solved] Title..."
